Shipping Within the European Union

Deliveries are available to all countries within the European Union.
Orders are shipped from Lisbon, Portugal via trusted courier services (DHL, UPS, or CTT Express) and are carefully packaged to ensure safe transport.

Delivery time: 5 to 7 business days after order confirmation
Shipping costs: Calculated at checkout or included depending on the artwork
Tracking: A tracking number is provided once the order is dispatched

International Shipping (Outside the EU)

International delivery is available upon request.
Buyers located outside the EU are required to make direct contact before placing an order. Shipping costs, customs documentation, delivery times, and insurance options will be coordinated individually.

 

Insurance for High-Value Artworks

For original works valued above €500, insured shipping can be arranged on request. Buyers should get in touch prior to purchase if insurance is required.

 

Packaging

All artworks are securely packaged with protective wrapping and reinforced materials.
For larger or framed pieces, additional layers or crate-style packaging may be used to ensure safe delivery.

 

Color Disclaimer

All artworks are photographed with care to reflect colors and textures as accurately as possible.
However, due to lighting conditions and screen settings, slight variations in color may occur between the digital image and the physical artwork.

 

Returns and Refunds

Due to the unique and original nature of each artwork, returns are not accepted.
If an item arrives damaged or there is a serious issue with the delivery, the buyer must make contact within 7 days of receipt to initiate a resolution process.
